1. Carryout a sector research to identify key candidates for ifortify
business and design and execute customized marketing plans across the
company’s market footprint
2. Collaboratively build cross functional teams to support
development of pricing for services and products
3. Negotiate contracts with customers

Work and interact with
various internal and external stakeholders for customer satisfaction and
retention
5. Develop and coordinate implementation of annual budget for the
function
6. Develop, implement and manage policies for the line of business
support function
7. Drive the product- and business-planning processes for
cross-functional teams
8. Assess current competitor offerings and seek opportunities for
differentiation

Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow

Develop, implement and
monitor initiatives for effective risk management in the line of business

11. Provide leadership and mentoring for staff under supervision
12. Manage staff performance for effective delivery of business
requirements

Collaborate closely with
engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA,
and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the
entire organization
